This is open to all parishioners and people with family connections in the parish of Leigh. The accommodation consists of living room with gas fire, kitchen, bathroom (with plans for a shower over bath to be installed), hall and two bedrooms and would suit a retired single person or retired couple. The current 4 weekly rent of £365 paid by standing order is subject to annual review. Tenants are responsible for payment of council tax, utility bills (water, sewage, electricity, gas and telephone), contents insurance, internal decoration and garden maintenance. The servicing of the gas central heating and exterior maintenance of the building is paid for by the Parish Council.
