Annual Parish Meeting – this is a meeting of the electorate which must by law be held between 1st March and 1st June inclusive. The Parish Council is awaiting guidance on whether it is possible to hold this meeting in 2021.
Annual Parish Council Meeting – this is the first meeting of the Parish Council year, when the Chairman and Vice Chairman are elected, the committees are approved and representatives to other bodies are agreed.

All meetings are currently being held remotely via Zoom at 8.00 pm unless otherwise stated. There is a period of 25 minutes before the formal closed meeting commences for reports from County and District Councillors and questions from members of the public.

Members of the public are invited to join our meeting which will be held in accordance with The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus)(Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings )(England and Wales) Regulations 2020.

The platform that the Parish Council will use is Zoom. If you would like to attend via remote access, please contact the Clerk and an invitation will be sent to you. You will be able speak during the Open Session at the start of the meeting and then will be able to listen to the rest of the meeting. The meeting may be recorded.
